Mells Daffodil Day
Bank Holiday Monday, 24th March 2008- Mells Village, Nr Frome
Time : 11am - 5pm
Pretty Things has a stall at the fantastic Mells Daffodil Day early in the Spring season. The main street in the lovely village of Mells, near Frome closes to traffic to become a colourful and lively outdoor market.
You can stroll down the picturesque Mells high street and browse a wonderful range of stalls selling local produce, artwork, fashion items or fill your self up with a hot dog. There are a number of charity stalls both inside and outside with home made cakes and biscuits.
Fun for all the family!
In a nearby field there is plenty for the kids to do with attractions, live music, entertainment and some competitions including a Tug Of War. There is also a show of some wonderful classic cars.
There is ample parking near the event and it is a great way to spend the spring bank holiday. The attractions at the Mells Daffodil Festival are ideal for families with children of all ages.
Pretty Things at Mells for the third year.
Pretty Things enjoyed showing at the Mells Daffodil Day for the last two years and looks forward to this years event. The weather was good and the turnout great. The people of Mells Village and the surrounding area know how to enjoy themselves.
Pretty Things Summer Scarves have been extremely popular at Mells and we have a great range of colours. This year Pretty Things will be showing our trademark variety of colourful, sparkly and unusual items, including our most popular Phone Charms, Lariat Necklaces, Wish Fairies, and not forgetting the Pretty Pendants which debuted at Mells last year. We will also be showing a small selection of new designs which initially will be limited in numbers - so come and find us to grab your hot off the press designer original jewellery!
